What we collect

How we use it

To run your account: to book, confirm, move and remind you of meetings, to send account notices, to bill, and to answer you when you write or call. We do not use your details for anything else.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we send account and meeting messages: setup-call confirmations and reschedule links, new and moved meeting notices, and reminders. We do not send marketing texts.

Message frequency varies with your account. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, START to start them again, and HELP for help, or write to hello@dialpipeline.com.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the phone carriers and providers that deliver our messages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop calls, write to hello@dialpipeline.com. We keep information while your account is open and as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal duties.

Children

DialPipeline is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
